Class Descriptions

We provide a variety of classes, striving to make each class unique and challenging for everyone!

The cardio component of class may include: skipping, running, stairs, hills, agility ladders, micro hurdles etc…

The strength component may include using: medicine balls, resistance tubing, dumbells, body balls, bosu balls, trx or your own body weight.

Some classes may have a larger cardio component, others may be targeting specific muscles (Absolutely Ab class).

We also teach Tabata Circuits, 3-2-1 Circuits and Cardio Kickboxing.
