Edge’s Adult Bootcamp Programs are a fun, challenging, workout for participants of all fitness levels. Classes include circuit and agility training, strength & core training. Workouts are held indoors & outdoors. Participants tone muscles, lose weight & have fun! Class sizes are held to a maximum of 12 participants.
