Dryland Training

Edge Player Development’s Sports Conditioning programs will help players move to their next level of play. We assist players in improving strength, power, speed, agility, cardiovascular, quickness and flexibility. Our hockey specific programs focus on balance, core stability, reaction skills, directional change and multi-joint strength and power. Edge works with individuals, small groups or the coaching staff of teams to design workouts tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual player. Edge programs are mobile and flexible. We will come to at your teams convenience. We will work around your teams hectic schedules and provide Dryland at a day/time and location that works best for everyone.
