Edge Player Development’s conditioning programs will help you move to the next level of play.

Programs are designed based on individual and team needs and goals.

We can assist players with improving strength, power, speed, agility, cardiovascular, quickness and flexibility. Our sport specific programs focus on balance, core stability, reaction skills, directional change and multi-joint strength and power.

Nutritional discussions are also available. We discuss good eating habits, pre and post game eating and provide suggestions for improving diet.
