Holly has been working in the Fitness/Recreation industry for over 20 years. She has a Health & Fitness Certificate from SFU, Kinesiology minor and BCRPA certifications in group fitness and strength training.

Holly has been a fitness instructor for 20 years & taught bootcamp & sports conditioning for the last 12 years. Her dynamic, high-energy style is what keeps the clients coming back!
